Please inform us of any shortage or damage by email within 3 working days of receipt
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, including change of mind please return it to us within 14 days of receipt using standard 2nd or 1st class postage. We will make a full refund including original standard postage paid (excluding Special Delivery). Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. Please keep any Post Office 'proof of postage' receipts until after you have received a refund.
Damaged items will be refunded on return including return postage costs.
Items not received - The post office do not deem an item lost for a period of 21 days. We will refund or replace any items not received but we would ask that you first check with your local sorting office that your item/s are not awaiting collection before contacting us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
