Your Right to Cancel

First National Marketing Ltd Cancellation Policy

If you wish to return your item(s) please notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receipt of your order by email or letter.

The 14 day cooling off period starts from the day after you receive your order.

You can also use the cancellation form in the returns section at the bottom of this page although it is not obligatory for you to do so.

Please note that we do not accept telephone cancellations.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (our standard rate only exempted are supplementary costs arising if you chose an additional type of expedited delivery).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-

( a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

The buyer should return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of intention to cancel the contract under the Consumer Rights Directive 2014

"You shall send back the goods to the address on given on the invoice included with the order which is also displayed on the "Trading Terms" page, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired."

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Directive

The policy applies to all items unless faulty, in which case the return postage will also be paid by us using the most economical service. If using Royal Mail we suggest keeping proof of postage until you receive payment.
