Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a full refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return.

Damaged items will be refunded on return including return postage costs.

Items not received - The post office do not deem an item lost for a period of 21 days. We will refund or replace any items not received but we would ask that you first check with your local sorting office that your item/s are not awaiting collection before contacting us.
